Helmut Hutter — Founder & Managing Director

Helmut Hutter founded Orangefilms in Paris in 1994 with a clear mandate: to provide international productions with the same standard of care, craft and local knowledge that French productions take for granted. Over three decades, that mandate has produced more than 500 productions across France, Monaco and Belgium — for brands including Apple, Netflix, Mercedes-Benz, Gucci, Google, Chanel, Zara, Ralph Lauren, Adidas, BMW, ITV and the BBC.

Helmut's production philosophy is built on the belief that a great line producer is never the story — their job is to make sure the director, the DoP and the creative team never have to think about anything except their work. That quiet competence, accumulated over 30 years of international productions, is what Orangefilms brings to every project.

Janna Bégué

Producer — France

With a PhD in Social & Cultural Anthropology and 15 years of production experience in Paris, Janna brings German precision and fluency in four languages to every project. Whatever the location or the logistics, she will make sure your production runs smoothly.

Maud Hézard

Producer — Monaco & French Riviera

Born and raised in Monaco, Maud built her career at some of the most respected production companies in Paris — Partizan, Art Partner and Iconoclast — before returning to Monaco in 2017. She brings deep local knowledge of the Riviera and a sharp instinct for ambitious creative work.

Charles spent a decade as a TV producer before moving into line production, driven by a love of technical challenges. Pragmatic and creative in equal measure, he always seeks the right balance between budget, timing and creative ambition.
